haus jewelry is crafted in sterling silver and finished with 14K–18K gold plating, depending on the piece. Our rings feature 1 micron or more of gold plating for added durability and longer-lasting wear.

Our pieces are designed to be worn and loved often. To keep your jewelry looking its best:

• Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotions, creams and harsh chemicals.
• Remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising or using household cleaning products.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to water, chlorine and salt water.
• After wearing, gently wipe your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth.
• Store each piece separately in its haus pouch, in a cool and dry place, to help prevent scratching and oxidation.

A little care goes a long way.

As with all plated jewelry, the finish may naturally evolve over time depending on wear, skin chemistry and exposure to moisture or chemicals. Proper care will help preserve the color and finish of your haus pieces for longer.

We do our best to prepare and deliver your HAUS order as quickly as possible.

KUWAIT DELIVERY

Express Delivery — within 2–3 hours
Same-Day Delivery — for orders placed before 8 PM
Next-Day Delivery — within 24 hours

Delivery times may vary during weekends, public holidays, launches, or periods of high order volume.

GCC & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery time after dispatch will vary depending on the destination and courier.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available.

Please ensure that your phone number and delivery address are correct when placing your order. HAUS is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Return & Exchange Policy

• Returns and exchanges for jewelry must be requested within 24 hours of receiving your order, in line with Kuwait Ministry of Commerce & Industry consumer guidance for valuable goods such as jewelry.

• If an item arrives damaged, or you believe there is a manufacturing or quality issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review the case.

• Items must be unworn and in original condition, with original packaging and tags intact.

• Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons and cannot be returned or exchanged. This does not affect any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under Kuwaiti law, including in the case of a genuine fault or quality issue.

• Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by mandatory consumer protection law.

• Submitting a request does not mean it has been approved. We review every request first and will contact you with the next steps.
